Yeah, I shoot for at least two gallons per person per day of survival. They say one gallon per person per day is the minimum for survival but I double that for cleaning and cooking. But honestly, I just prefer to store as much water as possible with a plan to replenish it. Partially for the reasons you stated. I use a rain catch system as my main replenishment plan.]]></description>
