I live in mn, in the winter temperatures can get as low as 30 below, more often 10 below for extended periods of time. How would you keep 100 or more gallons stored in 7 gal containers thawed and usable for cooking and drinking. I keep plenty of food, medical and other supplies but the water thing is a real problem.

Insignificant quantities, salt in drinking water has been known to cause serious health concerns. This is why it’s dangerous to drink salt water, even in emergency situations.
